Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
NCK2 (NCK adaptor protein 2) is a crucial intracellular signaling molecule that plays a significant role in various cellular processes, including cell growth, differentiation, and migration. It primarily functions as an adaptor protein, facilitating the interaction between diverse signaling pathways and membrane proteins, thus affecting cytoskeletal organization and cellular morphology. Research on NCK2 has gained prominence due to its involvement in critical biological functions and its potential link to various diseases, including cancer. The study of NCK2 recombinant proteins allows researchers to investigate its structural properties, binding interactions, and functional roles in cells. By expressing NCK2 in a recombinant form, scientists can gain insights into its signaling mechanisms and the effects of specific mutations or modifications. Understanding the biochemical and biophysical characteristics of NCK2 can pave the way for developing targeted therapeutic strategies, especially in malignancies where NCK2 is deregulated. Additionally, the exploration of NCK2's role in normal physiology could provide further elucidation of its contributions to cellular homeostasis and tissue development, making it a promising target for future research in both basic and applied biosciences.
