Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
PPP3CC, or Protein Phosphatase 3 Catalytic Subunit Gamma, is a critical component of the PP2B (Protein Phosphatase 2B), also known as Calcineurin, which is a serine/threonine phosphatase involved in numerous cellular processes, including T-cell activation, cardiac function, and neuronal signaling. Dysregulation of PPP3CC has been implicated in various diseases, such as autoimmune disorders and cardiac hypertrophy. The catalytic subunit PPP3CC is particularly important due to its role in dephosphorylating nuclear factor of activated T-cells (NFAT), a transcription factor that is crucial for immune response. Studies aimed at understanding the structure and function of the PPP3CC protein, including its interactions with regulatory subunits and substrates, are essential for elucidating its biological roles. By utilizing recombinant protein techniques, researchers are able to produce and purify PPP3CC, allowing for in-depth studies of its enzymatic activity and regulation. Furthermore, investigating the effects of distinct mutations or post-translational modifications on PPP3CC function can reveal insights into how its dysregulation contributes to disease. The ongoing research into PPP3CC serves to not only advance our fundamental understanding of kinase/phosphatase signaling pathways but also to identify potential therapeutic targets for treating related conditions.
