稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
TSX (tumor suppressor homeobox) is a gene located on the X chromosome and has garnered interest in cancer research due to its potential role as a tumor suppressor. Abnormal expression of TSX has been linked to various types of cancers, making it a candidate for understanding tumorigenesis and developing targeted therapies. TSX is involved in various cellular processes, including differentiation, proliferation, and apoptosis, and its dysregulation can lead to uncontrolled cell growth. Research on TSX often focuses on its molecular mechanisms, interactions with other proteins, and regulatory pathways. Gene expression studies indicate that TSX may exhibit different roles in male and female cancers, owing to its X-linked status. Investigating the recombinant protein forms of TSX allows scientists to study its functional properties, interactions, and potential as a biomarker or therapeutic target. By expressing and purifying recombinant TSX proteins, researchers aim to elucidate their structure and function in cellular contexts, providing insights into their role in tumor suppression and the broader implications for cancer biology. This research has the potential to pave the way for novel diagnostic and therapeutic strategies in oncology.
