Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
APOH (apolipoprotein H) is a multifunctional protein originally identified for its role in lipid metabolism and as a component of lipoproteins. Research has increasingly focused on its involvement in various pathological conditions, including autoimmune diseases, cardiovascular disorders, and cancer. The protein is known to participate in the regulation of the immune system and modulate the activity of several coagulation factors, suggesting a critical function in both hemostasis and inflammation. Recent studies have indicated that recombinant forms of APOH can be utilized for therapeutic purposes, potentially serving as biomarkers for disease diagnosis and prognosis. The use of recombinant technology in producing APOH has allowed for detailed investigation into its structural and functional properties, as well as its interactions with other biomolecules, paving the way for novel treatment strategies and drug development. Understanding the mechanisms by which APOH influences disease pathways can provide insights into the development of targeted therapies for conditions where APOH is implicated. As the molecular basis of various diseases becomes clearer, the exploration of recombinant APOH holds promise not only for advancing basic research but also for translating findings into clinical applications.
