Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
The study of CPR (Cytochrome P450 reductase) recombinant protein has gained significant attention in the field of biochemistry and pharmacology due to its crucial role in the electron transfer processes that are essential for various biological reactions catalyzed by cytochrome P450 enzymes. These enzymes are involved in the metabolism of a wide range of endogenous and exogenous compounds, including drugs, toxins, and hormones. The understanding of CPR structure and function is vital for elucidating the mechanisms of drug metabolism and the development of therapeutic agents. Recombinant CPR production allows for the detailed study of its interactions with P450 enzymes and the impact of genetic variations on enzyme activity. This research also has important implications for drug development, toxicology, and understanding metabolic diseases. By utilizing advances in molecular biology and recombinant DNA technology, scientists can create modified forms of CPR that enhance our comprehension of its mechanistic roles and improve therapeutic outcomes in drug metabolism, thereby addressing challenges such as drug-drug interactions and individual variability in drug responses. Overall, the study of CPR recombinant protein is essential for advancing our understanding of metabolic processes and improving drug efficacy and safety.
