Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
DSTYK, or dual-specificity tyrosine phosphorylation-regulated kinase, is a member of the serine/threonine protein kinase family that has gained significant attention in recent years due to its involvement in various cellular processes, including cell cycle regulation, apoptosis, and signal transduction. Research has indicated that DSTYK plays a crucial role in the phosphorylation of tyrosine and serine residues, which is essential for modulating protein interactions and cellular responses to various stimuli. Dysregulation of DSTYK has been linked to several diseases, including cancer and neurodegenerative disorders, making it a potential therapeutic target. The development of recombinant DSTYK proteins has facilitated the understanding of its biochemical properties and mechanisms of action. By utilizing techniques such as recombinant DNA technology and protein expression systems, researchers can produce large quantities of DSTYK for functional assays and structural studies. These studies have provided insights into the kinase's substrate specificity and regulatory mechanisms, further highlighting its importance in cellular signaling pathways. Understanding the role of DSTYK in disease contexts could pave the way for novel therapeutic strategies, emphasizing the need for continued research into this multifaceted protein.
