稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
NPY1R (Neuropeptide Y receptor type 1) is a G protein-coupled receptor that plays a crucial role in various physiological processes, including appetite regulation, anxiety, and circadian rhythms. It is primarily activated by neuropeptide Y (NPY), a peptide involved in energy homeostasis and stress response. Dysregulation of the NPY1R signaling pathway has been implicated in several disorders, including obesity, depression, and anxiety disorders. Research into the NPY1R recombinant protein aims to elucidate its structure-function relationship, signaling mechanisms, and therapeutic potential. The production of NPY1R as a recombinant protein facilitates detailed studies on receptor pharmacology, ligand binding, and downstream signaling pathways. Understanding the interactions between NPY1R and its ligands can provide insights into the receptor's role in various neuropsychological conditions and may lead to the development of targeted pharmacological interventions. Furthermore, recombinant NPY1R can serve as a valuable tool for high-throughput screening of small molecules or peptides, ultimately contributing to drug discovery efforts aimed at modulating this receptor to treat related pathologies. Thus, the study of NPY1R recombinant protein is essential for advancing our understanding of neuropeptide signaling and its implications in health and disease.
