Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
CYTH3 (cyclic nucleotide phosphodiesterase type 3) is a member of the phosphodiesterase family, which plays a crucial role in regulating intracellular levels of cyclic nucleotides, such as cAMP and cGMP. These cyclic nucleotides are vital second messengers involved in various physiological processes, including cell growth, differentiation, and apoptosis. Recent advances have highlighted the importance of CYTH3 in cellular signaling pathways and its potential implications in various diseases, including cancer and cardiovascular disorders. Research into the recombinant expression of CYTH3 protein enables the exploration of its functional properties and interactions at a molecular level. By using techniques like recombinant DNA technology, researchers can produce high-purity CYTH3 protein for functional assays, structural studies, and potential therapeutic applications. Understanding the precise mechanisms by which CYTH3 regulates cyclic nucleotide levels could provide insights into its role in health and disease, paving the way for the development of novel drugs targeting this pathway. Furthermore, dissecting the catalytic properties and substrate specificity of CYTH3 may open new avenues for understanding the regulation of cyclic nucleotide signaling in various biological contexts, making it a significant focus of contemporary biomedical research.
