Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
Gsdma3, a member of the gasdermin family, has garnered significant attention in recent years due to its potential roles in cell death pathways and immune response mechanisms. Gasdermins are known to form pores in cell membranes, leading to pyroptotic cell death, which is crucial in the context of inflammatory diseases and host defense. Gsdma3, specifically, is implicated in skin inflammation and related disorders, making it a relevant target for therapeutic interventions. Previous studies have highlighted its involvement in keratinocyte behavior and response to inflammatory stimuli. However, the exact mechanisms through which Gsdma3 mediates its effects in these biological processes remain poorly understood. The recombinant expression and purification of Gsdma3 protein provide a valuable tool for dissecting its functional roles and interactions within cellular systems. By generating and characterizing recombinant Gsdma3, researchers aim to elucidate its structure-function relationships, investigate its role in membrane permeabilization, and explore its potential as a biomarker or therapeutic target in inflammatory diseases. This research is essential for advancing our understanding of gasdermin biology and could pave the way for novel treatment strategies targeting Gsdma3 in various inflammatory conditions.
