Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
ASB11 (Ankyrin Repeat and SOCS Box Protein 11) is a member of the ASB (Ankyrin Repeat and SOCS Box) family, which is known for its role in various cellular processes, including protein degradation and signal transduction. The unique structure of ASB11, characterized by ankyrin repeat motifs and a SOCS box, suggests that it may be involved in the modulation of signaling pathways through the ubiquitin-proteasome system. Research into ASB11 has gained traction due to its potential implications in numerous physiological processes and disease states, particularly in cancer and immune responses. Understanding its function and interactions at the molecular level could provide valuable insights into novel therapeutic targets. Recent studies have indicated that ASB11 may influence the stability and activity of key signaling proteins, thereby participating in the regulation of essential biological pathways. The recombination and expression of ASB11 in heterologous systems facilitate the exploration of its functional roles and interactions, which could enhance our understanding of its significance in disease mechanisms and pave the way for innovative strategies in drug development.
