稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
The CX40 protein, also known as CXC chemokine ligand 40, plays a crucial role in various biological processes, including immune response, inflammation, and angiogenesis. It is a member of the chemokine family, which consists of small proteins that orchestrate the migration and activation of immune cells. The research surrounding CX40 has intensified due to its potential implications in various diseases, including cancer, cardiovascular disorders, and autoimmune conditions. Understanding the structure and function of CX40 could elucidate its specific roles in disease pathology and lead to the development of targeted therapies. Recent studies have focused on recombinant CX40 proteins, which allow researchers to explore the protein's properties, interactions with receptors, and signaling pathways in greater detail. These recombinant proteins facilitate the investigation of CX40's mechanistic pathways and its influence on cell behavior, opening up avenues for therapeutic interventions. Furthermore, the ability to produce CX40 recombinantly in a controlled environment enhances the feasibility of high-throughput screening for potential drugs that could modulate its activity. In essence, the study of CX40 recombinant protein serves not only to deepen our understanding of this critical chemokine but also to pave the way for innovative treatments targeting immune-related diseases.
