Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
ADAM19 (A Disintegrin and Metalloproteinase 19) is a member of the ADAM family known for its role in cell-matrix interactions and signal transduction. This protein contains a disintegrin-like domain and a metalloproteinase domain, which suggests its involvement in the shedding of membrane-bound proteins and the modulation of cell signaling pathways. Research has indicated that ADAM19 plays significant roles in various biological processes, including development, inflammation, and cancer progression. Increased expression of ADAM19 has been associated with several pathological conditions, highlighting its potential as a novel biomarker and therapeutic target. The study of recombinant ADAM19 protein is crucial for elucidating its functional roles and regulatory mechanisms in these processes. By producing and characterizing this protein, researchers aim to gain insights into its enzymatic activity, substrate specificity, and interactions with other proteins. Such studies may pave the way for the development of targeted therapies aimed at modulating ADAM19 activity in diseases, particularly in tumor microenvironments and inflammatory disorders. As a result, understanding ADAM19 at the molecular level might contribute to innovative approaches in drug design and therapeutic interventions aimed at combating diseases associated with dysregulated ADAM19 activity.
