Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
GTF2IRD1 (General Transcription Factor II-I Repeat Domain-Containing Protein 1) is a gene located on chromosome 22 and is associated with Williams-Beuren syndrome, a genetic disorder characterized by developmental delays, cardiovascular problems, and distinct facial features. Research into GTF2IRD1 has gained attention due to its role in regulating gene transcription, particularly in the development and maintenance of specific neuronal and vascular tissues. The complexity of its function, combined with the symptoms linked to its deletion or mutation, has led scientists to investigate the properties of recombinant GTF2IRD1 protein. The study of this recombinant protein aims to elucidate its structural and functional characteristics, shedding light on its interactions with other transcription factors and its involvement in cellular processes. Understanding GTF2IRD1 at the molecular level could contribute to therapeutic strategies for conditions associated with its dysregulation. Furthermore, exploring its potential applications in gene therapy and regenerative medicine underscores the importance of GTF2IRD1 in both basic and applied biomedical research, paving the way for innovative treatments targeting transcriptional dysregulation in various disorders.
