Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
HP1BP3, or heterochromatin protein 1 binding protein 3, has garnered attention in recent years due to its potential roles in chromatin dynamics and gene regulation. As a member of the HP1 family, HP1BP3 interacts with heterochromatin and is involved in various cellular processes, including transcriptional regulation, DNA repair, and chromosomal stability. Research has shown that HP1BP3 expression is influenced by several factors, including developmental cues and stress conditions, suggesting its involvement in cellular responses. Notably, aberrant expression of HP1BP3 has been linked to various diseases, including cancer, where it may play a role in tumorigenesis through its effects on gene silencing and gene activation. Furthermore, understanding the molecular mechanisms of HP1BP3 interactions with other chromatin remodeling complexes can provide insights into its functional significance in cellular processes. Advances in recombinant protein technology have made it feasible to produce HP1BP3 in vitro, allowing for detailed biochemical and structural studies. These studies can elucidate its binding properties, identify interacting partners, and uncover the functional implications of its role in the chromatin landscape. As such, research on HP1BP3 not only deepens our understanding of chromatin biology but also holds promise for developing novel therapeutic strategies targeting cellular dysregulation associated with HP1BP3.
