Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
KIAA1530, also known as KIF15, is a gene that encodes a member of the kinesin superfamily of motor proteins, which play essential roles in intracellular transport and mitotic processes. This protein is particularly interesting due to its involvement in various cellular functions, including spindle dynamics during cell division and the transport of cellular cargoes along microtubules. Research into KIAA1530 has gained momentum due to its potential implications in cancer biology; studies have suggested that it may be overexpressed in several types of cancer, contributing to tumor proliferation and metastasis. Additionally, KIAA1530 has been linked to cellular resilience in response to anti-cancer therapies, making it a candidate for targeted therapeutic strategies. The understanding of KIAA1530's structure, regulation, and pathway interactions is crucial for elucidating its role in normal cellular functions and disease states. Furthermore, the exploration of KIAA1530 recombinant proteins can provide insights into its molecular mechanisms, facilitate the discovery of small-molecule inhibitors, and enhance our understanding of mitotic regulation. As such, ongoing research into the biochemical characteristics and pathological significance of KIAA1530 continues to reveal its importance as a promising biomarker and therapeutic target in oncology. Overall, the study of KIAA1530 not only contributes to our understanding of basic cellular processes but also holds significant potential for advancing cancer treatment strategies.
