Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
KRBA2, a member of the KIR (Killer Immunoglobulin-like Receptor) family, has garnered attention in immunology and cancer research due to its role in modulating immune responses. Expressed primarily on natural killer (NK) cells and some T cell populations, KRBA2's function involves the recognition of ligands on target cells, influencing the activation and inhibition of immune activity. Studies have indicated that this receptor may play a significant role in determining the susceptibility of tumors to immune-mediated destruction, making it a potential target for immunotherapeutic strategies. The characterization of KRBA2 as a recombinant protein has enabled researchers to study its structural and functional properties in detail, enhancing our understanding of its role in immune regulation. Additionally, recombinant KRBA2 can be utilized in developing targeted therapies to improve anti-tumor responses in cancer patients. As the field of immunotherapy continues to evolve, understanding the nuances of receptors like KRBA2 will be instrumental in designing innovative therapies that harness the body's immune system more effectively against malignancies.
