稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
NCR1, or Natural Cytotoxicity Triggering Receptor 1, is an essential component of the innate immune system, primarily expressed on the surface of natural killer (NK) cells. This receptor plays a crucial role in the recognition and elimination of virally infected and tumorigenic cells. Research on NCR1 has gained momentum due to its potential implications in cancer immunotherapy and viral infections. Increased expression of NCR1 has been associated with enhanced NK cell activity, leading to improved tumor immune surveillance. Studies have highlighted the significance of NCR1 in mediating the cytotoxic response against various malignancies, making it a promising target for therapeutic interventions. Additionally, understanding the signaling pathways involved in NCR1 activation can provide insights into NK cell functionality and its regulation during immune responses. With the advent of advanced biotechnological methods, the production and characterization of recombinant NCR1 protein have opened new avenues for investigating its biological functions and therapeutic potential. By studying NCR1, researchers aim to develop innovative strategies to enhance NK cell activity, which could lead to novel treatment options for cancer patients and better management of viral diseases. Overall, ongoing research into NCR1 and its recombinant protein form holds great promise for advancing our understanding of immune mechanisms and fostering the development of targeted immunotherapies.
