Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
CD11c is a key integrin involved in the immune response, predominantly expressed on dendritic cells, macrophages, and some subsets of lymphocytes. It plays a crucial role in cell adhesion, migration, and the activation of immune responses. The study of CD11c recombinant proteins has gained significant interest for their potential applications in vaccine development and immunotherapy, particularly in enhancing antigen presentation and improving the ability of immune cells to stimulate T-cell responses. Researchers focus on generating and characterizing these recombinant proteins to understand their structure-function relationships and to explore their interactions with various ligands and immune receptors. Additionally, CD11c recombinant proteins can serve as valuable tools for dissecting the underlying mechanisms of dendritic cell biology and immune regulation, allowing for the identification of novel therapeutic targets for treating various diseases, including cancer and autoimmune disorders. Through the development of CD11c-based therapeutics, the goal is to harness the immune system's power for more effective and targeted treatments, fostering advancements in personalized medicine and improving patient outcomes.
