Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
NME2, or Non-Metastatic Cell 2, is a member of the nucleoside diphosphate (NDP) kinase family, which plays a critical role in cellular processes including metabolism, signal transduction, and cell proliferation. Research into NME2 has gained momentum due to its implications in cancer biology, particularly in relation to metastasis. The expression levels of NME2 have been found to correlate with tumor progression and metastatic potential in various cancers, suggesting it could serve as a prognostic biomarker. Additionally, NME2 is involved in the regulation of cellular energy balance and apoptosis, further establishing its significance in cancer cell behavior. Recent studies have focused on the structural characterization and functional analysis of NME2, aiming to elucidate the mechanisms by which this protein influences tumor development and response to therapies. An in-depth understanding of NME2's role may provide insights into novel therapeutic strategies and contribute to the development of targeted cancer treatments. Thus, the research on NME2 not only enhances our comprehension of tumor biology but also paves the way for innovative approaches in cancer management.
