稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
PVALB, or parvalbumin, is a calcium-binding protein predominantly expressed in certain subtypes of fast-twitch muscle fibers and specific neuronal populations, particularly in the cortex and hippocampus. Its role as a calcium buffer is crucial for muscle contraction and neuronal signaling, influencing synaptic transmission and rhythmic activity. Research into PVALB has expanded due to its significant implications in understanding various neurological and muscular disorders. Abnormal PVALB expression has been associated with conditions such as schizophrenia, autism spectrum disorders, and epilepsy, highlighting its importance in maintaining neural circuit stability. Additionally, the ability of PVALB to modulate calcium dynamics offers potential therapeutic avenues for treating calcium-related pathologies. Recent studies have also examined PVALB in the context of neuroinflammation and neurodegeneration, shedding light on its role in maintaining neuronal health. The development of recombinant PVALB proteins allows for detailed studies of its biochemical properties and interactions, providing insights into its function and potential as a biomarker for disease. As such, PVALB serves as a focal point for both basic and applied research, bridging the gap between molecular biology and clinical implications.
