稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
RTN4IP1, or Reticulon 4 Interacting Protein 1, has emerged as a significant focus of research due to its role in various biological processes and diseases. Initially identified as a protein that interacts with the reticulon family, RTN4IP1 is believed to play a crucial role in maintaining the structure and function of the endoplasmic reticulum (ER) and in modulating neuronal signaling. Studies have indicated that RTN4IP1 may be involved in neurodegenerative diseases, such as Alzheimer's, where alterations in ER morphology and function contribute to neuronal cell death. Additionally, RTN4IP1 has been implicated in cancer biology, suggesting a potential role in tumor progression and metastasis. The study of RTN4IP1 is further complicated by its unique structural features and post-translational modifications, which may influence its interactions with other cellular proteins. As researchers continue to explore RTN4IP1 through the production of recombinant proteins, insights into its functions and mechanisms are anticipated to shed light on its broader implications in health and disease, paving the way for potential therapeutic strategies targeting this protein.
