Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
SEPT3, a member of the septin protein family, has garnered significant attention in recent years due to its pivotal role in various cellular processes, including cytokinesis, apoptosis, and cytoskeletal dynamics. Septins are GTP-binding proteins that form filamentous structures and serve as scaffolding components at the sites of cell division and in the regulation of cellular organization. The research on SEPT3 is particularly intriguing because it is implicated in the maintenance of neuronal morphology and function, which is crucial for neurodevelopment and synaptic transmission. Abnormalities in SEPT3 expression have been associated with neurodegenerative diseases, positioning it as a potential biomarker for such conditions. Additionally, SEPT3 has been identified as a critical player in the formation and stability of certain protein complexes, making it a candidate for targeted therapeutic interventions. Understanding the structure and function of SEPT3 through recombinant protein studies could provide insights into its mechanisms of action and its interactions with other cellular components, paving the way for novel strategies in the treatment of related diseases. Therefore, studying SEPT3 in depth may reveal important therapeutic avenues and contribute to a broader understanding of cellular dynamics in health and disease.
