Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
The NVL (Nuclear Vertebrate Lysin) protein has garnered significant attention in the field of molecular biology due to its crucial role in various cellular processes, including gene regulation, stress response, and RNA processing. Researchers have identified NVL as a key player in maintaining cellular homeostasis, particularly in response to environmental stressors. The protein is known to interact with a variety of nucleic acids and protein partners, influencing RNA stability and translation. Moreover, NVL's involvement in critical mechanisms such as DNA repair and cell cycle regulation highlights its potential as a therapeutic target in cancer and other diseases. Recent studies utilizing advanced techniques, such as CRISPR-Cas9 and high-throughput sequencing, have further elucidated the functional pathways of NVL and its regulatory networks. However, despite these advancements, the precise molecular mechanisms underlying NVL's diverse functions remain largely undefined, necessitating further investigation. Understanding NVL's role in cellular dynamics could provide insights into the development of targeted therapies and enhance our knowledge of cellular resilience in response to stress. This research is particularly relevant in the context of age-related diseases and conditions associated with cellular dysregulation, emphasizing the importance of NVL as a focal point for future studies in cellular biology and therapeutic innovation.
