  • Stability Test

The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.

  • Storage & Shelf Life

Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

  • Shipping

In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description

The study of SDK1 recombinant proteins has gained significance due to their potential role in various biological processes and therapeutic applications. SDK1, or spleen-derived kinase 1, is a member of the family of proteins involved in signal transduction pathways, particularly those regulating cellular growth, differentiation, and apoptosis. Understanding the structure and function of SDK1 is critical for elucidating its biological roles and its impact on diseases, including cancer and other proliferative disorders. As recombinant protein technology advances, producing SDK1 in a controlled environment allows researchers to investigate its properties, interactions, and mechanisms of action in greater detail. This has implications not only for basic biology but also for the development of targeted therapies. By studying the recombination process and characterizing the resulting SDK1 proteins, scientists aim to uncover valuable insights into their functional dynamics and contributions to cellular homeostasis. Overall, the exploration of SDK1 recombinant proteins offers exciting opportunities for advancing our knowledge of cellular processes and developing innovative therapeutic strategies.
