稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
OR10J1, a member of the olfactory receptor gene family, has garnered attention due to its potential role in human olfaction and its implications in various biological processes. Olfactory receptors are G-protein-coupled receptors primarily involved in the detection of odorants, influencing our sense of smell, which in turn can affect behaviors, food preferences, and even emotional responses. Understanding the structure and function of OR10J1 is particularly significant, as variations in olfactory receptor genes can contribute to individual differences in olfactory sensitivity and perception. Recent studies have suggested that OR10J1 may also play a role beyond olfaction, including potential links to immune responses and the modulation of inflammatory pathways. The interest in OR10J1 is also heightened by its evolutionary history, which reflects adaptation to diverse environmental challenges faced by humans. As researchers continue to elucidate the detailed mechanisms by which OR10J1 operates at a molecular level, insights into its functional dynamics can pave the way for novel applications in biotechnology, including the development of scent-based therapeutics and personalized dietary interventions. Furthermore, the exploration of OR10J1 in relation to various diseases may offer new avenues for understanding conditions associated with altered olfactory functions, thereby bridging the gap between sensory biology and health. Overall, the ongoing research into OR10J1 not only enhances our understanding of olfactory mechanisms but also opens doors to broader implications in health and disease, making it an essential focus in contemporary molecular biology studies.
