Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
ARHGAP26 is a member of the Rho GTPase-activating protein (RhoGAP) family, which is crucial in regulating Rho family GTPases involved in various cellular processes, including cytoskeletal dynamics, cell migration, and proliferation. Its role in cancer and neurodevelopmental disorders has garnered significant interest among researchers. Studies suggest that ARHGAP26 may act as a tumor suppressor by inhibiting pathways that promote cancer cell invasion and metastasis. Furthermore, alterations in ARHGAP26 expression or function have been implicated in several diseases, highlighting its importance in maintaining cellular homeostasis. The protein's complex structure and interactions with other cellular molecules make it a potential target for therapeutic interventions. Research into ARHGAP26's precise mechanisms and regulatory roles is essential to understand its contributions to cellular signaling pathways and its potential exploitation in clinical applications. Consequently, the development of recombinant ARHGAP26 proteins is critical for functional studies, including investigating its biochemical properties, cellular localization, and interaction networks, thereby advancing our knowledge of its biological significance and therapeutic potential.
