稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
YARS, or tyrosyl-tRNA synthetase, is an essential enzyme in the process of protein synthesis. It catalyzes the attachment of the amino acid tyrosine to its corresponding tRNA, facilitating accurate translation of genetic information into proteins. Research on YARS has garnered attention due to its dual role in both protein synthesis and non-canonical functions linked to cellular signaling and immune responses. Studies have revealed that YARS can act as a cytokine, influencing inflammatory responses and playing a role in various diseases, including autoimmune disorders and cancer. The restructured form of YARS, particularly when studied in the context of its enzymatic activity and structural variations, provides insights into its functional mechanisms and interactions with other cellular components. Furthermore, understanding the regulation and misfolding of YARS may offer potential therapeutic avenues for diseases where this enzyme is implicated. As such, the investigation of YARS and its recombinant protein forms has significant implications in both basic biology and clinical applications, making it a critical focus of contemporary biochemical research.
