Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
PLEKHA4 is a member of the pleckstrin homology (PH) domain-containing protein family, which plays a crucial role in various cellular processes, including cell signaling, cytoskeletal organization, and membrane trafficking. Recent studies have shed light on the significance of PLEKHA4 in cancer biology, particularly its involvement in tumorigenesis and metastasis. Research indicates that PLEKHA4 interacts with phosphoinositides, facilitating its localization to specific membrane compartments and influencing cellular signaling pathways. Given the pivotal role of PLEKHA4 in these processes, it has garnered interest as a potential biomarker for cancer progression as well as a target for therapeutic interventions. Understanding the mechanistic pathways through which PLEKHA4 exerts its effects can provide insights into its function in health and disease, paving the way for innovative strategies in cancer treatment. As such, the study of PLEKHA4 recombinant protein is a growing field, aiming to elucidate its structural characteristics and functional roles, thereby contributing to the broader understanding of its significance in cellular dynamics and disease pathology.
