Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
POLDIP2, or Polymerase Delta Interaction Protein 2, is a crucial regulator of the DNA polymerase delta complex, which plays a significant role in DNA replication and repair. Research on POLDIP2 has garnered interest due to its potential implications in various cellular processes and its involvement in the pathogenesis of several diseases, including cancer. Its interaction with DNA polymerase delta suggests a role in maintaining genomic stability, as polymerase delta is essential for accurate DNA synthesis. Abnormal expression or dysfunction of POLDIP2 may lead to genomic instability, contributing to tumorigenesis and cancer progression. Additionally, studies have indicated that POLDIP2 could be implicated in other cellular functions, such as cell cycle regulation and response to DNA damage. By investigating the recombinant expression of POLDIP2, researchers aim to elucidate its structure-function relationship, enabling a deeper understanding of its role in cellular mechanisms. Characterizing the recombinant protein will facilitate efforts to explore its interactions with other molecular partners and identify potential therapeutic targets, ultimately paving the way for novel cancer treatments and strategies for enhancing genomic integrity in cells.
