稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
RNF26, a member of the RING-finger protein family, has garnered attention in recent years due to its potential role in various cellular processes, including protein ubiquitination, cell signaling, and the regulation of immune responses. The RING-finger domain is a specific zinc-binding motif that confers E3 ubiquitin ligase activity, which is crucial for tagging proteins for degradation or modifying their activity through ubiquitination. Research has shown that RNF26 is involved in the regulation of endoplasmic reticulum (ER) stress responses and has been implicated in the modulation of apoptosis, making it a candidate for studying diseases characterized by altered protein homeostasis, such as cancer and neurodegenerative disorders. Additionally, RNF26's role in innate immunity has sparked interest in understanding how it might influence viral infections and autoimmune conditions. The exploration of RNF26's functional properties and interactions with other cellular proteins could provide insights into its biological significance and therapeutic potential. As a result, the recombinant expression and purification of RNF26 enable detailed biochemical assays and structural studies, paving the way for elucidating its mechanism of action and possible implications in health and disease.
