Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
SPIN2 (SPIN2-like) proteins are a family of plant-specific proteins known to play crucial roles in various biological processes, including plant growth, development, and response to environmental stress. Recent research has highlighted the significance of SPIN2 in modulating gene expression and its involvement in the regulation of flowering time, seed development, and abiotic stress responses. Given their potential impact on agricultural traits and stress resilience, scientists have focused on understanding the molecular mechanisms underlying SPIN2 function. The study of SPIN2 recombinant proteins has provided insights into their structure and functional dynamics, facilitating the exploration of their interactions with other proteins and nucleic acids. This knowledge is essential for deciphering the regulatory networks that govern plant physiology. As climate change poses increasing challenges to global food security, unraveling the functional roles of SPIN2 may contribute to the development of crops that are better adapted to fluctuating environmental conditions. Overall, ongoing research into SPIN2 recombinant proteins aims to shed light on their contributions to plant biology and their potential applications in agriculture.
