Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
SSX7 is a member of the SSX gene family, which is known to be involved in various cellular processes, including tumorigenesis. The SSX7 protein is primarily expressed in germ cells and some cancer tissues, making it a potential target for cancer immunotherapy. Research has shown that SSX7, like other SSX proteins, can elicit immune responses in patients with cancer, indicating its potential as a cancer-testis antigen. The study of the SSX7 recombinant protein has gained attention due to its role in facilitating the identification of novel therapeutic strategies aimed at inducing anti-tumor immunity. Furthermore, this protein can serve as a useful tool for developing vaccines or personalized immunotherapy approaches, as it may stimulate T-cell responses against tumor cells expressing SSX7. Understanding the structure, function, and immunogenicity of SSX7 is crucial for advancing cancer treatment modalities and improving patient outcomes. Researchers are focused on elucidating the molecular mechanisms underlying SSX7 expression and its interactions with immune cells to leverage its properties for designing effective cancer treatments.
