Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
Toll-like receptor 10 (TLR10) is a member of the Toll-like receptor family, which plays a critical role in the innate immune response. Unlike other TLRs, TLR10's function has remained less understood, primarily due to its unique expression patterns and the limited availability of specific ligands. Recent studies have suggested that TLR10 may have anti-inflammatory properties and could be involved in the modulation of immune responses, thus highlighting its potential as a therapeutic target in autoimmune diseases and infections. The recombinant protein of TLR10 is being developed to facilitate in-depth studies of its biological functions and signaling pathways, allowing researchers to elucidate its role in immune regulation. Additionally, understanding TLR10’s structural characteristics through recombinant protein studies can reveal critical insights into its interactions with ligands and downstream signaling molecules. The exploration of TLR10 not only enhances our comprehension of immune system intricacies but also opens avenues for novel immunotherapeutic strategies, making it a focal point of current immunological research.
