稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
PRF1, or Perforin 1, is a crucial gene involved in the immune response, particularly in the cytotoxic activity of natural killer (NK) cells and cytotoxic T lymphocytes (CTLs). It encodes a protein that forms pores in the membranes of target cells, facilitating the delivery of granzymes, which are serine proteases that induce apoptosis. Abnormalities in PRF1 expression or function can lead to immunological disorders, including familial hemophagocytic lymphohistiocytosis (FHL), a severe hyper-inflammatory response. Research on PRF1 recombinant proteins is essential for understanding its structure-function relationship, the mechanisms involved in immune responses, and potential therapeutic applications. By studying PRF1, scientists aim to develop strategies to enhance anti-tumor immunity, improve vaccine efficacy, and address immune dysregulation associated with various diseases. Advances in biotechnological methods for producing PRF1 proteins have enabled detailed studies of their interactions with other immune molecules, paving the way for innovative treatments for cancer and autoimmune diseases. Overall, PRF1 research represents a promising frontier in immunology and therapeutic development.
