Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
USP25, or Ubiquitin Specific Protease 25, is a member of the deubiquitinating enzyme superfamily, playing a crucial role in the regulation of protein ubiquitination, a post-translational modification that influences various cellular processes, including cell cycle, signal transduction, and protein degradation. Research on USP25 has garnered attention due to its involvement in cancer biology and immune responses. Abnormalities in the expression and activity of USP25 have been linked to several diseases, indicating that it may serve as a potential therapeutic target. As a deubiquitinating enzyme, USP25 can remove ubiquitin moieties from substrate proteins, thus stabilizing them and affecting their functional pathways. Understanding the structural and functional mechanisms of USP25 is essential for exploring its role in disease states and potential applications in drug development. Studies utilizing recombinant USP25 proteins have aimed to elucidate its biochemical properties, define its substrate specificity, and characterize its role in modulating signaling pathways. Ongoing research is focused on unraveling the detailed mechanisms by which USP25 contributes to tumor progression and immune regulation, which may lead to innovative strategies for therapeutic interventions in malignancies and autoimmune disorders.
