Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
FSCN1, or fascin-1, is an actin-bundling protein that plays a crucial role in cell motility, morphology, and adhesion. It is particularly expressed in various cell types, including neural tissues, where it is involved in the development of the nervous system. Dysregulation of FSCN1 has been associated with several pathological conditions, including cancer metastasis and neuronal disorders, highlighting its significance in both normal and disease states. Research into FSCN1 recombinant proteins has gained momentum as scientists seek to understand its molecular mechanisms and potential therapeutic applications. By producing FSCN1 as a recombinant protein, researchers can investigate its structural properties, binding interactions, and functional roles in cellular processes. This recombinant form allows for a controlled environment to study its interactions with other proteins and cellular components, advancing the understanding of how FSCN1 contributes to cellular dynamics and pathology. Furthermore, insights gained from studying FSCN1 could lead to the development of novel strategies for diagnosing and treating diseases where FSCN1 plays a pivotal role, particularly in targeted therapies for tumors characterized by enhanced motility and invasive behavior. The use of recombinant technology also facilitates high-throughput screening and the exploration of FSCN1's potential as a biomarker for disease progression. Overall, the study of FSCN1 recombinant proteins represents a significant avenue in cellular biology and medicine, with implications for improving therapeutic interventions in cancer and neurodegenerative diseases.
