Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
H2-K1 is a class I major histocompatibility complex (MHC) molecule that plays a crucial role in the immune response by presenting endogenous peptides to CD8+ T cells. Understanding the structure and function of H2-K1 is essential for elucidating the mechanisms of immune recognition and responses in various biological contexts, including transplantation, autoimmunity, and cancer immunotherapy. Research has focused on the characterization of H2-K1 at both molecular and structural levels, aiming to define its peptide-binding capabilities and interactions with T cell receptors. The reconstitution of H2-K1 proteins is particularly significant as it allows for the investigation of MHC-peptide complexes in controlled experimental settings, facilitating studies on T cell activation and specificity. Furthermore, insights gained from H2-K1 research can inform vaccine development and therapeutic strategies by enhancing our understanding of T cell-mediated immunity. Overall, the investigation of H2-K1 recombinant proteins is pivotal for advancing our knowledge of immune mechanisms and developing novel immunotherapies.
