  • Stability Test

The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.

  • Storage & Shelf Life

Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

  • Shipping

In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description

FZD3, or Frizzled-3, is a key member of the Frizzled family of G protein-coupled receptors that plays a crucial role in the Wnt signaling pathway, which is essential for various biological processes, including embryogenesis, cell differentiation, and tissue homeostasis. Dysregulation of Wnt signaling, often mediated by Frizzled receptors, has been implicated in numerous diseases, including cancer and neurodegenerative disorders. The study of FZD3 recombinant protein has gained traction in recent years, as understanding its structure and function can provide insights into its role in cellular signaling and disease mechanisms. Research involving the production and characterization of FZD3 recombinant protein allows scientists to explore its interactions with Wnt ligands and other signaling molecules, assess its functional properties, and develop potential therapeutic strategies to modulate its activity. Furthermore, the use of recombinant FZD3 in experimental models can facilitate the design of novel compounds targeting Frizzled receptors, paving the way for innovative treatments in therapeutic areas where Wnt signaling is altered. Understanding the molecular basis and biological implications of FZD3's role in signaling pathways can illuminate its potential as a biomarker or therapeutic target in various clinical settings.
