    Frizzled-8 is a Wnt receptor that critically coordinates β-catenin signaling through the complex Wnt-Fzd-LRP5-LRP6 complex. It acts through the canonical Wnt/β-catenin pathway, activating scrambled proteins, inhibiting GSK-3 kinase, inducing nuclear β-catenin accumulation, and activating Wnt target genes. Frizzled-8 Protein, Human (HEK293, His) is the recombinant human-derived Frizzled-8 protein, expressed by HEK293 , with C-6*His labeled tag.
