稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
CD274, commonly known as PD-L1, is a protein that plays a critical role in the regulation of immune responses. It is expressed on the surface of various cells, including tumor cells, where it interacts with the PD-1 receptor on T cells to inhibit their activity, facilitating tumor immune evasion. The study of CD274 recombinant protein has gained significant attention in recent years due to its implications in cancer immunotherapy. Researchers have focused on characterizing CD274's structure and function to understand its role in immune modulation and to develop strategies that can block its interaction with PD-1. This blockade can enhance T cell activation and proliferation, thus promoting anti-tumor immunity. Additionally, PD-L1 has emerged as a key biomarker for predicting the efficacy of immunotherapeutic agents, such as monoclonal antibodies that target PD-1 or PD-L1. As a result, recombinant CD274 protein is not only vital for basic research into immune checkpoint mechanisms but also serves as a platform for developing novel therapeutic approaches, including combination therapies that aim to increase the effectiveness of existing cancer treatments. The ongoing research into CD274’s role in immunology continues to provide insights into the tumor microenvironment and opens avenues for potent cancer therapies that harness the body's immune system.
