稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
CD300C, a member of the CD300 family of immune receptors, is an immunoglobulin-like protein that plays a crucial role in modulating immune responses. It is predominantly expressed on myeloid cells, such as monocytes and dendritic cells, and has been implicated in various immune functions, including the regulation of inflammation and the activation of immune cell responses. The interest in CD300C has grown due to its potential role in both innate and adaptive immunity, as well as its involvement in pathological conditions such as autoimmune diseases and infections. Research has shown that CD300C interacts with phosphatidylserine and other ligands, which can lead to the activation or inhibition of cellular responses depending on the context of engagement. Given its diverse roles in immune regulation, there is a focus on developing recombinant CD300C proteins to further elucidate its functions and signaling pathways. Studying these recombinant proteins can provide insights into the mechanisms underlying immune modulation and may aid in the identification of new therapeutic targets for immune-related disorders. Overall, the research on CD300C recombinant proteins holds promise for advancing our understanding of immune system dynamics and for developing novel immunotherapeutic strategies.
