Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
Flt3L, or Fms-like tyrosine kinase 3 ligand, is a pivotal hematopoietic growth factor that plays a crucial role in the proliferation, differentiation, and survival of hematopoietic progenitor cells and dendritic cells. It is primarily involved in the regulation of immune responses and has garnered significant interest in cancer immunotherapy due to its ability to enhance the function of dendritic cells, which are vital for initiating T-cell-mediated immune responses. The recombinant form of Flt3L (recombinant Flt3L) has been developed for therapeutic applications, particularly in boosting the immune system's response against tumors. Studies have shown that administering recombinant Flt3L can promote the expansion of dendritic cells and other immune cell types, thereby potentially improving the efficacy of various cancer treatments. Additionally, Flt3L has been explored for its ability to enhance the engraftment of hematopoietic stem cells in transplantation settings, making it relevant in both cancer and regenerative medicine research. Given its critical role in immune system modulation, recombinant Flt3L is being investigated not only for its standalone effects but also in combination with other immunotherapeutic agents to overcome immune checkpoints and improve patient outcomes in oncological treatments. Overall, the research surrounding Flt3L and its recombinant protein form is a rapidly evolving field, with promising implications for enhancing immune responses in cancer therapy and cellular therapies.
