Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
P65, also known as RelA, is a key component of the NF-κB signaling pathway, which plays a crucial role in regulating immune responses, cell proliferation, and apoptosis. Research on P65 recombinant proteins emerged from the need to understand the intricate mechanisms of NF-κB activation and its implications in various diseases, including cancer, inflammatory disorders, and autoimmunity. The ability to produce P65 as a recombinant protein has allowed scientists to investigate its structural and functional properties in detail. This includes studying the effects of post-translational modifications, interactions with other proteins, and its role in the transcriptional regulation of target genes. Moreover, recombinant P65 can serve as a valuable tool for developing therapeutic interventions targeting NF-κB-related pathways. The growing interest in personalized medicine and targeted therapies has further fueled research into P65, seeking to modulate its activity for potential clinical applications. Overall, the study of P65 recombinant proteins is a vital area of research that continues to provide insights into cellular signaling processes and therapeutic strategies for managing various diseases.
