Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
KRI1 is a vital protein involved in various cellular processes, particularly in RNA metabolism and regulation. Research on KRI1 has gained significant attention due to its essential roles in ribosome biogenesis and its implications in developmental biology and disease. Studies have shown that KRI1 is crucial for the proper maturation of ribosomal RNA and the assembly of ribosomal subunits, which are fundamental for protein synthesis in all living organisms. Additionally, KRI1 is implicated in cellular stress responses and the regulation of gene expression, making it a key player in maintaining cellular homeostasis. Understanding the structure and function of KRI1 can provide insights into its role in diseases such as cancer, where dysregulation of ribosome biogenesis is a common feature. The development of KRI1 recombinant protein through techniques such as genetic engineering allows researchers to explore its biochemical properties, interaction networks, and potential as a therapeutic target. Overall, the study of KRI1 and its recombinant forms holds promise for advancing our knowledge of cellular machinery and developing novel strategies for therapeutic interventions.
