稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
IGF2BP1 (Insulin-like Growth Factor 2 mRNA Binding Protein 1) is a crucial RNA-binding protein that plays a significant role in the regulation of gene expression, particularly in the context of growth and development. It binds to the mRNA of various targets and stabilizes them, enhancing their translation, which is particularly important in processes such as cell proliferation and differentiation. Research has shown that IGF2BP1 is involved in various cellular functions, including the regulation of stem cell characteristics and tumorigenesis. Its overexpression has been linked to several cancers, making it a potential biomarker for tumor progression and a target for therapeutic intervention. The study of recombinant IGF2BP1 proteins is essential for understanding its molecular interactions and mechanisms of action. By producing these proteins in a controlled laboratory setting, researchers can investigate how IGF2BP1 influences RNA stability and translation in different biological contexts. Such studies can provide valuable insights into its role in cancer biology and potential therapeutic strategies, paving the way for the development of targeted treatments that can mitigate the effects of cancer-related dysregulation of this protein. Overall, the investigation of IGF2BP1 and its recombinant forms contributes to a broader understanding of post-transcriptional regulation mechanisms and their implications in health and disease.
