Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
NUDT14 is a member of the nudix hydrolase family, which is known for its ability to hydrolyze nucleotide derivatives, playing crucial roles in various biological processes, including cellular signaling and metabolism. Research into NUDT14 has gained attention due to its potential implications in DNA repair mechanisms and cellular stress responses. This enzyme hydrolyzes NADH, an important coenzyme in redox reactions, thereby influencing cellular energy metabolism and oxidative stress levels. Studies have suggested that dysregulation of NUDT14 can contribute to a variety of diseases, including cancer and neurodegenerative disorders, by affecting cellular homeostasis and apoptotic pathways. Furthermore, its involvement in regulating levels of oxidized nucleotides points to a critical role in maintaining genomic stability. Understanding the functional mechanisms of NUDT14 through recombinant protein studies can provide insights into its biological significance and therapeutic potential, paving the way for novel interventions in related diseases. This research not only highlights the enzyme's potential as a biomarker for certain pathological conditions but also emphasizes the necessity of exploring its structural characteristics and catalytic activity to develop targeted treatments aimed at mitigating cellular dysfunction linked with NUDT14 aberrations.
