Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
NR2C1, also known as the nuclear receptor subfamily 2 group C member 1, plays a crucial role in various biological processes including development, metabolism, and endocrine function. As a transcription factor, NR2C1 regulates gene expression in response to hormonal signals, particularly those related to steroid hormones. Dysregulation of NR2C1 has been implicated in multiple diseases, including metabolic disorders and certain cancers. The study of NR2C1 recombinant protein is vital for understanding its structural and functional properties, which can elucidate its role in normal physiology and disease states. By producing NR2C1 in a recombinant form, researchers can investigate its interactions with target genes and proteins, assess its binding affinity with ligands, and explore its potential as a therapeutic target. Advances in protein expression techniques, coupled with biophysical characterization methods, enable the comprehensive study of NR2C1, paving the way for new insights into the molecular mechanisms that underpin its functions. This research not only enhances our understanding of NR2C1's biological significance but also contributes to the development of novel strategies for disease prevention and treatment based on the modulation of its activity.
