Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
NPM3 (nucleophosmin 3) is a ribonucleoprotein that plays a crucial role in various cellular processes, including ribosome biogenesis, cell proliferation, and regulation of the cell cycle. It is a member of the nucleophosmin family and is predominantly expressed in cancer cells, which makes it a candidate for studying oncogenesis and tumor progression. Research has shown that NPM3 can interact with various cellular proteins and nucleic acids, influencing processes such as gene expression and cellular stress responses. Its overexpression has been linked to several cancers, including breast and lung cancer, highlighting its potential as a biomarker for tumor diagnosis and as a therapeutic target. The recombinant production of NPM3 protein allows for detailed structural and functional studies, facilitating the investigation of its interactions and mechanistic roles in cancer biology. Understanding the functions and pathways associated with NPM3 may provide insights into novel cancer treatment strategies and better diagnostic tools, paving the way for future research in targeted therapies and personalized medicine.
