  • Stability Test

The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.

  • Storage & Shelf Life

Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

  • Shipping

In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description

ABI3BP (ABI3 Binding Protein) is a protein that has garnered significant interest in the field of molecular biology due to its role in various plant developmental processes and stress responses. Originally identified as a key player in seed development, ABI3BP functions by interacting with ABI3, a crucial regulator of late seed maturation and desiccation tolerance. This interaction suggests that ABI3BP may be involved in the complex regulatory networks governing seed development, dormancy, and germination. Furthermore, studies have indicated that ABI3BP plays a vital role in response to environmental stress, suggesting its potential involvement in plant adaptation to changing environmental conditions. Understanding the functional mechanisms of ABI3BP through recombinant protein studies can reveal insights into its binding properties, structural characteristics, and regulatory pathways. Investigating ABI3BP at the molecular level may not only enhance our comprehension of plant biology but also contribute to improving crop resilience and yield in the context of climate change. Given the pressing need for sustainable agricultural practices, elucidating the roles of such proteins may pave the way for developing innovative strategies to enhance food security.
