Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
ARHGEF19, a member of the Rho guanine nucleotide exchange factor (GEF) family, plays a pivotal role in regulating Rho GTPases, which are crucial for various cellular processes including cytoskeletal dynamics, cell adhesion, and signal transduction. Recent studies have highlighted its involvement in neuronal development and function, suggesting a potential link to neurodevelopmental disorders. Mutations in the ARHGEF19 gene have been associated with intellectual disability and other neurological conditions, emphasizing the need for a deeper understanding of its molecular mechanisms. The characterization of ARHGEF19 recombinant proteins has become a focal point of research, enabling scientists to investigate its biochemical properties, interaction partners, and downstream signaling pathways. By studying the recombinant forms of ARHGEF19, researchers aim to elucidate how alterations in its function may contribute to disease phenotypes, paving the way for potential therapeutic interventions. The generation of these proteins in vitro offers valuable tools for probing the effects of specific mutations and for screening small molecules that might modulate ARHGEF19 activity. Overall, ARHGEF19 represents a compelling target for research due to its critical roles in cell biology and its implications in human health.
